Pines Community Men’s Shed (Inc.) (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website. Different arrangements may apply to information collected in person at the Shed, such as on a membership form.

6. Photos, Images and Videos

From time to time, we publish photographs or videos of the Shed, our members and our projects on the Website, our Facebook page and our Google Business Profile. We only do this with the consent of the people involved. Members or visitors may ask us at any time not to use their image, or to remove an existing photo, by contacting us using the details below.

Our Website may use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to collect anonymous information about how visitors use the Website, such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay. This information is used in aggregate form to help us improve the Website and does not identify you personally.

13. Children’s Privacy

Junior membership is available for members under 18 years of age. Where personal information is collected from or about a junior member, we require parent or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent.

If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child without appropriate consent, please contact us and we will promptly address the matter.
